On July 24th 2015 The Hispanic ECS Fund awarded its scholarships to 7 Latino college students as part of the Hispanic Scholarship Alliance Award Ceremony. The event took place at the University of MO St. Louis Millenium Center from 6pm to 9pm. HECSF congratulates all the scholarship recipients.
