SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS & INSTRUCTIONS
2026 HECS Fund Scholarship Applications are now being accepted.
The deadline to apply is May 31st, 2026.
Please note that in order to be eligible for one of the scholarships the potential candidate must be a permanent resident of the St. Louis region. Students residing in the St. Louis region because they are studying in the area but who reside outside of the region when not in school are not eligible for the scholarship.
