SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS & INSTRUCTIONS
2027 HECS Fund Scholarship Applications are tentatively set to open in March of 2027.
Check back here in March of 2027 for updates. The deadline to apply is tentatively May 31st, 2027.
Please note that in order to be eligible for one of the scholarships the potential candidate must be a permanent resident of the St. Louis region. Students residing in the St. Louis region because they are studying in the area but who reside outside of the region when not in school are not eligible for the scholarship.
